~ For the dreamers and the romantics ~

this is for you.

Getting married is an incredibly meaningful and beautiful experience.

My approach to wedding photography is simple: I want you to really feel the love while I document it for you. That's it.

My goal is to showcase the people, relationships, and moments that make your day uniquely yours. Years from now, I want you to look back at your photos and remember not just what your wedding looked like, but how it felt. I'd be honored to be part of the story.

WEDDINGS

Starting from $2,500

Every wedding is different, and your photography coverage should be in harmony with your plans.

Whether you're planning a celebration with thirty guests or more than one hundred, I'll work with you to design a custom photography collection that fits your day and your timeline. We'll work together to identify what feels most important to capture, and I'll use my experience from the last ten years photographing weddings to make recommendations along the way.

From getting ready through to the dance floor, my focus is on documenting everything and everyone who matters most to you on your wedding day.

ELOPEMENTS

Starting from $750

Some of the most meaningful celebrations happen on a smaller scale. Intimate elopements offer the freedom to focus on the wedding traditions that matter most to you, whatever that looks like.

I'll be your professional third wheel there to witness and document the experience in a way that feels relaxed but still captures all of your special moments.

ENGAGEMENTS

Starting from $350

Engagement sessions are a chance to get comfortable in front of the camera while slowing down to celebrate this season of your life together. We can wander your favorite small town, hike a mountain trail to a waterfall, or even go to your first date location at the pizza shop.

Engagement sessions are included in many of my Wedding Collections, but you can add one to smaller Collections as well.

the process

step 1 - wE CHat

The first step is simple; you'll complete my inquiry form to tell me a bit about what you're looking for, and we'll choose a time to chat in depth. I'll be prepared with follow-up questions based on what you've shared so far, and we'll just dig in! From this initial step, I'll follow up with some Collection suggestions that I think best suit your vision for your big day.

THE PROCESS

Step 2 - we make it official

If we agree that we're a great match and want to move forward with photography for your big day, I'll prepare a contract for us. Once you've signed the contract and paid the retainer to reserve your wedding date, it's official! We'll then move into the fun part of planning.

The process

A young couple shares a romantic moment, noses touching, as the woman gently holds the man's face outdoors.

Step 3 - we meet

It's time to go over the vibe of the Big Day together. We'll find a time that works for everyone to meet up at a coffee shop or cafe to explore your style inspiration and talk through details to start our Shot List. It's fun, it's relaxed, and I usually try to have this happen before your engagement shoot,  if that's part of your chosen collection.

THE PROCESS

Two people share a warm embrace outdoors at golden hour, one with curly hair and glasses smiling tenderly.

step 4 - engagement shoot

If you've chosen a Wedding Collection with an engagement shoot, we'll kick off your wedding photos with about a 90-minute couple's session. This helps us get to know each other before the Big Day and eases any unnecessary performance anxiety! Once you see how relaxed you can be on camera once you're warmed up, you'll get a better sense of how your wedding will feel working with me.

THE PROCESS

A bride and groom share a romantic moment under a large tree in a lush green backyard on their wedding day.

step 5 - wedding day

When this day comes, you'll be seeing a LOT of me! Basically, I will be with you every step of the day for the amount of time you've chosen. I'll already know your timeline and shot list ahead of time and will use these as guidelines, understanding that shit happens, and things may not run perfectly on time. The key is to remember the day is not about perfection - it's about love.

step 6 - gallery delivery

The second most fun day after your wedding will be receiving all of your wedding photos! Within six weeks, I'll send your entire edited wedding gallery to your inbox with a gallery link for viewing and downloading. You'll have so much fun reliving your wedding, and I will excitedly await your message to me telling me how much you love your photos.

step 7 - wE WRAP UP

Now that you have all your photos, you can decide if you want to get some printed (HIGHLY recommend), and I'm happy to offer advice here! If you're okay with it, I may share some photos from your wedding on my social media and website.  Last thing, I'll ask you to please leave me a review to let other couples know what to expect when they work with me.  Then, that's a wrap!

Testimonials

“our photographer Anne, she made us feel as though we knew her for years, she was such a positive light to have around on our special day. Anne made the photos with just Keith and I along with the family photos fun and super special. I would highly recommend the Appalachian Wedding Chapel, the bed and breakfast “Basswood”, the baker and most definitely Anne Kirk our photographer."
